Richard Irvin retired as the CEO of a Miami based Electrical Contracting company, a firm started by his grandfather and still remains in his family. His passions, however, have always been grounded in nature and the outdoors, particularly as it pertains to Rabun County, Georgia, which is located in the most Northeast corner of the state. Richard’s ancestors hail from North Georgia, and can be traced back to pre Civil War. His family are long time land owners in Rabun County, and his strong connection to the area began during regular family getaways when he was a boy. An avid trekker and ecologist, Richard wishes to bring the beauty of the outdoors, and an interest in preservation of the ecology through his photography.
